FNB: Paying for a service that was not rendered

I disputed and stopped a *****ulent debit order from Vodacom. FNB provided a reference number for this request, charged me R47 and still had the nerve to continue honoring a debit order that I reported as *****ulent. To add insult to injury, they then expected me to rate their excellent service.
