FNB pay your debt but we will not clear your name!

I had a revolving loan with FNB I was in arrears. the day I paid my arrears amount I was handed over!! on the 21 Jan 2022 I requested a settlement amount I paid this on the the same day. to date I do not have a paid up letter! on the 24 Feb 2022 I laid a complaint at FNB with Thabang Nakene she rep**** that the account had been settled and was referred for closure. I still have not received any letter from Ramsurjoo & du Plessis inc or FNB. I have now checked my credit score and this loan still shows now with a added overdue amount

FNB the most pathetic bank is SA. STAY VERY FAR CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED BANK
