FNB - PAY UP the R402.80 that you charged me for a R400 VOUCHER!!

On Friday (27th July 2018) I tried to benefit from my Ebucks and my 40% discount by getting a voucher for Tread and Miller. I completed the process for a R400 voucher and realised that my ebucks did not diminish. I assumed there was a glitch and repeated the process - again my ebucks did not diminish. I left it thinking there was a problem. The next morning I got an sms saying R402.80 was paid out twice from my Cheque account. I figured that I did not select eBucks when doing the transaction. I went straight to the Raisethorpe Branch and they were unable to help me save for calling eBucks from the Branch. The first lady I spoke to told me I can cancel the transaction using a computer (not the App). I rushed home only to find that there was no such option. I called Ebucks again and spoke to Zenobia who assured me that she will deal with my issue and escalate it. She said it would be refunded as I had queried within 3 days. She gave me a Reference Number - Rt ********** 389. That was the END of it. I have had no feedback since Saturday 28/07/2018 and have since put COMPLAINTS on the FNB site without a response. I am getting very frustrated and am considering closing my account. I NEED A REFUND OF R402.80 + R402.80 = R805.60 ASAP. Why would I buy a R400 voucher for R402.80 except in ERROR. FNB - PAY UP
