FNB Pay Transaction not being detected

I used FNB Pay at two instances throughout the month of November, although my app only states that I have used it once thus far, and based on this, I would not make level 5 but instead level 4 of eBucks earnings. Can I please get clarity on the reason for the variance in this regard, as I have to go to extreme lengths to actually buy enough from vendors where FNB Pay actually works efficiently, and was under the impression that I have already made enough transactions, only to now see that I could not achieve it, and that this close to the end of the month, which is gonna cost me a lot in eBucks.
