FNB pay sharp nightmare

I have received the worse experience ever with FNB. Since I made a pay sharp transaction on the 1st of August from FNB to Tyme bank the money went out of my account but never reached to Tyme bank but hanging nowhere, I have done runaround’s going to the bank and even calling them several times waisting my money and each call I made I had to explain myself over and over and from 1st week of August I was told that they are experiencing a technical issue with all the pay sharp payments and that it will be sorted out in 7 days but I had to call them again when I saw that no money was reversed back to my acc after 7days, I was told to wait another 7 days but still nothing happened and only when I called again on the 22 August I was given a reference number for the 1st time meaning it was only then when my query was escalated after all the time and last cent waisted. I still don’t know when I’ll be getting my money back even today I even wrote an email to their customer complain
