FNB PAY IS A ****!

On 15 June 2021 I tried to use FNB at Engen to pay for my fuel. I scanned to pay 3 times and I was getting sms notifications that the transactions were going through but it wasn’t reflecting with the petrol attendance’s pay point.

I eventually paid using my physical card and only one transaction got reversed.

I’ve been going back and forth with the disputes department trying to get my refund but all I’ve been given is the run around and empty promises.

Till this day, I still don’t have my money, it literally just disappeared from my account. DO NOT USE FNB PAY, IT’S A ****!
