FNB pay bills does not work and fnb cannot help

One is expected to use the "pay bills" tab in order to pay municipal accounts, however this feature does NOT work, this is also a requirement to earn more eBucks , again with it not working you miss out on the eBucks. Contacting FNB for support is fruitless as the staff are unable to offer any real assistance.
