FNB pay@ bill doesn’t work & FNB not helping

FNB has a feature of pay bills which is pay@. I have tried using to pay my 3 bills for Ekurhuleni with no success. I have been losing ebucks points every month because FNB put a pay@ as per benefit for 1000 points if you use it but doesn’t work at all. When I asked Modisaotsile about this & no help was given which made me more angry. So how can I be helped on my monthly ebucks points as I need them pls?
