FNB pay and clear utter useless

Extremely disappointed my wife did a pay and clear payment for me from FNB to Capitec for a money I'm in urgent jam with and it just would not clear causing a huge huge problems leaving me stranded

Why charge people extra when you can fulfil their need of providing that service Still stranded and waiting for payment to come through
