FNB Pavilion - Teller needs to be groomed with proper communication skills with clients

So, yesterday i went to the FNB branch at the Pavilion mall to "deposit" some R5 coins that i have been saving up. After waiting nearly 45 minutes to actually get inside the branch, I waited another 10 minutes inside for the teller. I eventually got to the teller (who was so stubborn and impolite), and told her that I had R400 worth of coins to deposit. Before going to the bank, I had no idea that I would be charged for the deposit and nor did the teller advise me. She processed the deposit but only for me to be charged R90 for the deposit to be done, like seriously!!! My point here is that the tellers needs to communicate and educate their clients. When i called the FNB call centre to find out why was i charged for the deposit, the very kind lady explained to me but also advised that the teller should have informed me that she could swap the coins for notes for free or probably for a minimal fee. FNB.... I do understand that we are all recovering from the effects that COVID has had on our economy but also think about the man on the street who is trying to make a living. This was my first walk in experience and will most likely be my last as i will consider changing bank after 15 years!
