FNB Pavilion

FNB has been one of the best banks in our opinion thus far as a bank. We have been very disappointed with FNB during this lockdown as they have proved to be a bank not really there for the people ( their clients) and have only ensured they benefit as much as possible from this pandemic. The only relief offered to clients was a "loan" from them which you don't get but pays your interest on accou 8ta you have with them. You are now sitting with debt as it is and added to that a new amount to pay FEB back after 3 months as it was used to pay your interest on the accounts you have with them. Very disappointed with FNB as a bank and seriously considering changing banks asap. That being said, I have been to 3 of their branches in Kwazulu natal, Springfield park and Pinecrest branch in Pinetown have staff that are not just *********** but unfriendly and unhelpful. I must applaud the staff of the FNB Pavilion branch. 90% of their staff are very helpful and friendly and proved to be competent. Mphume , Keshnie Chetty, Phumi Ngema, Charlene Ramduth and Nonhlanhla Nkosi are a few that I recently dealt with again and really appreciate the help and assistance they provided. They are good human beings and from my experience truly are there to help clients.
