It had not been an easy path and my problem has still not been resolved with FNB. But I would just like to thank a very special person - Patricia Kgosimmele that has done out of her way to help me for weeks now. She is humble, caring and treated me like I was a VIP client at the bank. I wish there was more people as passionate about their clients at FNB as Patricia. Thank you for always coming back to me and taking the time to try and help me. You will go very far in life with your very humble and positive attitude. It's been a pleasure dealing with you Patricia
