FNB PATHETIC WHILST I HAVE ESCALATION LOGGED

I logged a compalint for debit order dispute after being called by the disputes agent I was transfered from pillar to post with NO RESOLVE The issue that I was promised a phone with this new account which I was just told is no longer a benefit was also to be escalated still no Feedback

I'm moving my salary and so will my partner and friend I will spread the word
