FNB Pathetic Service Yet Again

On the 29th of March, my credit card declined due to insufficient funds(three times) which led me to believe that there was ********** activity on my card. So tried to called FNB numerous times but kept being put on hold for long durations and wasting a lot of my airtime. I purchased two airline tickets at beginning of January 2018,one of which was in the processed of being refunded and for some reason that amount was charged to my credit card on Thursday the 29th of March, which pushed my credit card over the limit. So without my knowledge FNB decided to go into my back account and take out an amount of R4852.94 from my cheque account and transfer it into my credit card. This has put me in financial difficulties, as my debit orders were going of at the same time. SAA charged my credit card three months later without my knowledge but now FNB, without notifying me, did an EFT without notification on 28 March and an sms comes through on 29 March at 8:30am. Firstly, if my transaction was successful in January, why was the money deducted on March 28th? Secondly, how does FNB transfer money out of my account without any notification? Where was the sms or email to state that there is a problem with my credit card. In one day R15000 of my budget for the month was transferred into this credit card (I transferred an additional R6000 that evening) I spoke to six different people at the private clients suite, not one person could give me a definitive explanation, just kept me on hold or transferred me another department. Now I am getting charged for unnecessary fees that would been avoided. On the 29th of March 2018 , i get three sms's of insufficient funds at 09:39 ; 09:40 ; 09:42 and also sms at 08:31 that money (R4852.94) was paid into my credit card account. Finally at 10:00 i get an sms stating that my credit card limit has been exceeded, please pay R4851.94 to ensure good account status, all above sms's by FNB. On top of all these charges an amount of R109.99 was charged as an account fee, what fee is this? Do you call this good banking practice???? Does FNB think that they the right to go into their clients accounts and move money around as the please. I am gettting really frustrated with this bank called FNB, if you go back into my history with FNB , it is a bank that causes me a lot headache . There are still outstanding reversals that have not been done. With all this said i will be taking this issue further and moving banks.
