FNB PATHETIC SERVICE SYSTEMS

I have held my FNB account since 2007 but of late it seems a very big **** is happening at this bank. For the last 6 months or so I am being debited under the name ITEM PAID BUT NO FUNDS. How can something be paid without funds when I will be using my salary? On 28 August I visited the Randburg Square branch, the lady couldn't explain why so. I asked her please show me the items paid without funds, she only said it is our system. The FNB system operates behind normal time. I got my salary on the 25th but on their system it reflects as 24th. So basically the system operates 24 hours behind? This is day light ******* from FNB. I really need clarity on this issue please. Why now and not all these years?
