FNB PATHETIC SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

On 4 May I was called about reconsolidating my loans at FNB. I signed an agreement and sent it to a *** on the 10th of May, first to another lady on the 4th. From 4 May I had to follow up about what is happening...............guess what.............NOTHING has happened so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FNB's service, especially to Private Banker clients, has deteriorated1000%. There is no specific banker assigned to a person anymore...........nothing is happening..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HEAR NOTHING.......................
