FNB Pathetic service, messed up my car

pathetic honestly, I have been a client of FNB for a while now and have never received such poor service. They sold me a scratch and dent cover and before signing up I enquired about the method that they would use to repair the dents, chips and scratches. They could not answer professionally which is acceptable and got 'Streamline repairs' to contact me and advise that everything done at a panel beating shop will be done by them just on wheels.

Fast forwarded and I encountered my first stone chip, they agent that handled the claim prolonged the issue even after sending various pictures of the damage area.

They guys came out and did their work and told me not to washing the car for 3 days. I washed my car a week later and noticed scratches under the paint that was app****(poor preparation). Logged a complaint then they sent ' a senior technician' who polished with a cutting compound. Very abrasive if you know your panel beating.

He couldn't rectify the issue and was in a hurry to go to Pretoria and stated he will write a report. I then received no communication and had to follow up with them again.

They initial guys who did the work then came back and proceeded to compound the paint again for 3 hours. Now we have a damaged clear coat on my Black Audi. Now more defects and they caught my front door with the machine. According to them, they couldn't see any issues after showing it to them.

Another complaint and they sent a qualified assessor to view the car. First comments were " this is horrible", thank you Dekra, they messed up this car by over polishing. Textures are different and prep work is horrible.

Now they mail me saying Auto Magic will get in touch which they did and when enquiring about the duration of the job, I am told it will take 5 days to fix the damaged caused by FNB, i have no relationship with streamline so yes FNB.

I enquired about transportation during this time to which they reply sorry we don't do rentals.

Do not fall for this, these policies are pathetic and an absolute inconvenience, they promise you that they can do the work at your premises which will make it easier for you yet here we are.

I will be closing off my products with them as they do not have their clients at hearts. Don't be FOOLISH dont trust them.
