FNB Pathetic Service!

FNB your service is just putrid. It seems as though my card was cloned as you called me to advise that someone is attempting to use my card, however the pin is declining. I immediately went into your branch and was unable to get assistance to log onto my banking profile. Been trying the entire day to set up my banking app but to no avail. Noone in your Lakeside Mall branch can assist. I am told that the person who deals with business banking has left!!!! Not the first time, I tried at your North rand road branch too. Nothing! Noone can assist! I mean are you people for real. Money is going out of my account and noone can assist. Putrid service I tell you! I have a Capitec savings account and I can honestly say that when you approach a branch, you leave satisfied, ALWAYS! I will definitely be moving my account! Your service is pathetic to say the least!
