FNB PATHETIC SERVICE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible service, no feedback from RELATIONSHIP MANAGER😡😡. Whats the purpose of having a RM if she can't even resolve a simple query. I'm a Private client with FNB. Bought data on 16 Oct was sent airtym. Airtym converted does not give me the data special that I paid for. R1000 wasted as this error is still not resolved almost 2months later, only get a response of "still working on it" when I ask the question. 😡😡😡😡
