Pathetic pathetic!!!!!!! I had to pay interest this morning on a ZERO balance p/loan. Previously it was removed from my profile automatically!!!! How can I pay interest on a ZERO balance. Tried on chat this morning - transferred to about EIGHT persons. Eventually the called - I WAS BUSY WITH FNB FROM 9:20 UNTILL AFTER 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
