FNB Pathetic Service 😡

The worst customer service EVER!!!! You pay a premium to be a client, they are quick to sell you a product but there is absolutely no customer care. Secure Chat function is a useless function. I send messages and then I have to wait for HOURS for a banker who never even replies. Disputes are supposed to be addressed in 5 to 7 working days. I have waited MORE THAN A MONTH!!! And still NO FEEDBACK. This was once the best bank, you are now substandard and as soon as I find another bank that suits my needs I WILL STOP BANKING WITH FNB!!! Sick of the pathetic service!
