FNB - Pathetic Service

Please tell me why that after 24 hours, I have absolutely NO answer from anybody at FNB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The Ref No is HL00AF9N1. I think that FNB has become absolutely PATHETIC, I was told on Friday while having been inconvenience to have to drive to the branch and attend to this in person - STILL NOTHING!!! I am putting this ******* attitude of FNB on a public forum now.
