FNB Pathetic service

I have purchased R360 airtime via cellphone banking and it's nowhere to be found. I've been in contact with FNB and my service provider. My service provider is not aware of the purchase and FNB "team of bankers" that knows absolutely nothing tells me it's not on FNB's side, its Vodacom. All I want is my airtime or just reverse my money back into my account.

And please train your consultants to have cell phone ethic. They should project their voices when they speak and not mumble out sentences.

It is very nprofessional
