FNB: pathetic service

I've been trying to close my cheque account, revolving loan and credit card due to FNB's terrible service. It turnouts I can't do that either. I went to the northmead branch twice already, I've sent emails as well, but still no assistance and I keep getting charged for account fees. It's amazing how you can open an account at any branch but when you need to close it you get sent from pillar to post. I'm appalled by their lack of buisness ethics.
