FNB pathetic service and *********

For the past two months ebucks and FNB have tried to rip me off by allocating incorrect points which dropped me last month from level 5 to level 4. I queried it and it was resolved within two weeks. FNB acknowledged their mistake however said they would back date my points in the current month/ being next month at that time. I agreed reason being I was not going to use my ebucks to buy vouchers because I had already purchased everything I normally purchase via ebucks on cash.

When I received this months ebucks I noticed they granted me the backdated points and allocated the ebucks that was not allocated or short allocated last month, however I was now dropped to a level 3.

Same thing I sent an email and FNB/ Ebucks admits via email that they made an error and that once again they will backdate again.

I responded pleasantly declining the option and requesting them to correct this in the current month. This was one week ago and I have not heard anything not from my private banker or ebucks or FNB.

What are we paying their premium of private banking for. Also we trust this bank to be honest at the least, be careful for those who actually don't pay close attention to their ebucks and points, make sure you understand and check or you will end up just like myself. Had I not followed up they would have ****** me of what they promise in benefits.

To date I have not heard from FNB, and one would think that investing so much with this bank would at least give you the privileged of being respected and valued.

Have been considering moving banks, think the time is getting closer.

The could not even secure my money from ********** purchases that were made on my account, stating to me I must go back to the merchant "Google" and even after I sent them the response I got from Google that they will not refund me as it is not part of their refund policy, which my request adheres too. My private banker and their admin department advised I should order a new card and forget my losses to the value of over 20000.

They have breached their own policies. Not a very wonderful experience.
