FNB pathetic service and eating my money
I have a check account with FNB and yhoo FNB is forever chawing my money, Im even planning to close it . Im always on a - and when money comes in they take it away since last year. Im disappointed and want my money back or some of clarity

20 Oct 2021, 21:34It very disappointing that to date i haven't had a satisfactory resolution to my previous complaint, no one called but i received a very unprofessional email today from Ruwayda from FNB which was brief that lady gave a general response without gathering the facts from me Im disappointed and angry . This Ruwayda woman did not call me so we can go through my statements and to hear my side od the story and for her to call and hear what my real complaint was. It my first getting a bad response from any bank I've dealt with all my life.
