FNB, pathetic service again

In 2019 I've ordered a credit card with FNB. They sent two cards and when I went back to the Bank to cancel one, both were cancelled.

I've written a review on hellopeter and eventually after receiving 10 new credit cards, my issue was resolved.

This week I went to the FNB Dynarc Walk branch in Bloemfontein, to change my cheque account to a Fusion account as it can give you more e-bucks.

I've got a call yesterday just to say my new request has been declined with no proper reason. I've requested a reason with still no feedback until now.

Any suggestions to which bank should I move?
