FNB Pathetic service

It has been longer than 2 weeks for FNB to activate my business account. Yesterday i called in and asked if they can just send me a confirmation letter and they said they will email me which was a lie!! I also emailed FNB numerous times to find out whats going on with no response!!!!! How long will it still take?????????????? because your services are pathetic.
