FNB pathetic service

I spent most of Friday 15 March trying to get assistance from FNB. All I received was a number of useless telephone numbers and cut calls; frustration; and by firm belief that FNB only responds when a bad review is placed on Hello Peter.

According to SARS, FNB placed some tax directive. Armed with only the tax directive ref number, there is no other information FNB supp**** SARS. I'm frustrated and have altogether given hope of getting assistance from FNB and getting the matter resolved soon
