Fnb pathetic service

Waste of time bank..I have told them many times that debits are going of my account and I have told these people that are debiting not to do it yet they keep on..fnb keeps telling me they can't do anything about it i must tell the people to stop which i did many times so who do I tell now..my bank cant even assist me with my account..yet taking so.much in fees monthly..goodbye fnb I rather open a account elsewhere where the bank actually assists it's people.
