Fnb pathetic service

Fnb is useless. I have unauthorized debits from October, I did call them but they didn't reverse the debits. I tried to call them today, I was on the phone for 30 minutes and they were sending me from person to person with no assistance then they cut the call on me. I have two business accounts and one savings account with them , my savings account is for debits and sitting on a minus figure because of unauthorised debits worth R5500. Fnb is not a helpful bank for years they giving me poor service. It's unfair for me to pay unauthorized debits plus pay my bills when fnb is not of any help. What does fnb pay their staff for if they cannot assist customers. They are disgusting and frustrated, fnb staff does not know what's happening there.
