FNB pathetic service

Fnb upgraded my account without my authorization,I have sent emails to try and resolve this but my account has been charged up to a minus R500 ,a lady by the surname Abdul promised to resolve this in 48hrs but 2weeks later I still have a negative balance.i have changed my salary to another bank because of this pathetic ********* business practice by fnb .I am very disappointed
