Fnb pathetic service

Service suite is hopeless . Agents do not communicate . They take forever to provide a response and then say that I must be patient because they deal with many queries at once. Green ticks but no response to messages . Close.to 20 minutes and I am no closer to resolving my query. . Never mind the fact that I was tod via on onlin query on Monday that I would receive a call.within 2 days. Maybe 2 days from next week? Pathetic service !
