FNB, pathetic service

It's really frustrating the way big companies handle the little guy or handle anything for that matter. This is the third review I am writing about FNB and the only time they contact me is when they see it, then they make promises about how someone will attend to my query. But nothing ever gets done. Months later, money is still owed to me. Months later they are still putting me in a ****ty financial situation. I will never recommend this bank to anyone ever. Their service is appalling and they do not care.
