FNB Pathetic Service

I am absolutely disgusted in FNB. I have requested a debit order reversal, only to be told that they do not do reversals anymore and I should contact the company who did the debit order to reverse it, I don't bank with that company, I bank with FNB, get charged service fees when I don't get any service.
