Fnb pathetic service

Hi..I try to downgrade my account from August...and I have spoken to so many consultants telling me that he will call me back regarding to downgrade my account until right now nothing has happened the service is pathetic then you haven't call me and tell me the same old story that they're going to call me and until now I have not been downgraded and have been charged last month and a month before the same amount
