FNB PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 12 Feb 2019 I app**** for an Overdraft from my bank FNB. The Overdraft was approved and I was to sign a quote and send it back to them... Which I did... Someone in Premier Banking LOST/MISPLACED my quote... So on 4 April 2019 they re sent me the quote which I signed and sent back again... On Tuesday 9 April 2019 a complaint was logged at 14:29. Ref# ********** .

I have followed up, well tried... because THEY are *********** and lost my SIGNED QUOTE I am now sitting without an Overdraft, and was told that they cant put it through the system again and now apparently my credit score is effected. I would like to know who is taking the blame for this and WHEN will my overdraft be loaded. If NOT I will close my account and go to another bank who is COMPETENT ENOUGH to help me. Its been costing me Hundreds to get a hold of someone who's answer remains Mrs Le Roux we will get someone to contact you and that never happens.... SInce 12 February 2019. Surely your service cant be that PATHETIC???????? If FNB does not sort out my OVERDRAFT ASAP I WILL close my Account with them and also Log a full complaint with all the times and numbers I have phoned to try and make sense of all this, and all the emails I have sent. I cant bank with a Bank that cannot assist me when I need it the most. I want my credit rating restored, I want my overdraft, and so we ARE VERY CLEAR, its NOT MY PROBLEM FNB lost my signed Quote!!!! If you cannot fix this just let me know in advance please... I will GLADLY close my account and take my business to ABSA...
