Fnb pathetic service

Once again fnb has really went out of there way to give pathetic service and I don't know do they enjoy to lie to customers after six months I've finally sorted my fnb credit card also what a waste of time and money I've been approved 20 times this month for a loan lol and still waiting for the money its says it is on its way i don't know from were but ya its one of fnb golden qualities is lies and empty promises every morning and every afternoon I've been told the same thing all I got to say people don't bank with them and save your self the headache
