Fnb pathetic service

I have went i to fnb today to open up a business account and was told i need to go get a letter at the municipality after a long wait i arrived back at the tongaat branch and was rude spoken to by the consultant by telling me i need to check to paper before giving me my ticket i showed her a certified copy of my id my green bar coded id book and the letter as proof of residency of which the lady clear did not want to assist and told me we cant help you due to the id book not being in good condition yet the picture was clear inside and the cover was a bit old due to it being more than 20years old, when enquiring further i was told to open up an account else where and was not even told goodbye but the consultant went to help someone else..... This is pathetic service for an FSP and should never be allowed and to think ive been with them for more than 10 years
