FNB Pathetic service

FNB have shown their true colours during this pandemic. Clients don't matter. My business account is in the negative as they keep taking their monthly fee even though they can see that NO money has come into my account since March. I app**** for SAFT and was approved. I kept following up and was eventually told a month later that there were no funds left to pay me. Now I apply for the 66 month loan and was rejected for a low amount. My business is successful under normal circumstances and my turnover consistent. I will be moving my business to another bank.
