FNB Pathetic service

What a pathetic bunch of people to work with. Ive been trying to contact them from the UAE - its literally cost me THOUSANDS of Rands and my problem still exists.

How difficult can it be to close two accounts I ask you.

You went from being one of the best banks to arguably the most pathetic bank Ive ever dealt with!

Ive phoned multiple time, only to be transferred from one person to the other, thousands of rands later due to international call rates and my problem still exists.
