FNB Pathetic Private Banking

For over three weeks I am BEGGING my Private Banker Asanda Pinana to change my FNB Home Loan debit order details. She just does not care, I call Private Suite and am out on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time, just waiting for some useless from FNB private banking to put me on hold again. They should all be shot for taking a salary to do Jack ****. Such pathetic non existant service but good enough to take my money
