FNB pathetic policy

FNB fordsburg does not allow cash deposits to be made within the bank any longer. Only deposits exceeding R10000 are allowed according to the floor manager. The ATM machines do not accept all the notes which are inserted and an account went unpaid because the bank is incapable of providing a basic banking service. Businesses in and around Fordsburg cannot control the quality of the notes which they need to deposit nor can they change the the number of times that they visit the bank to deposit their businesses money. Queues for the ATMs are running onto the street where adequate security is not provided. People, especially older people not accustomed to using digital technology, are struggling to use the ATM machine but are being forced by the staff to deposit their money by this means making queues even longer. Can any businesses still banking with FNB please move to ANY OTHER bank as deposits made into an FNB account is not possible unless you wish to receive part of the money owed to you, seriously inconvenience those depositing into your account and make people stand on the street outside your bank with large amounts of money.
