FNB, pathetic lack of service - AS USUAL!

Ordered a replacement card on 1st May 2023. On the 4t of May, I contacted card division via my banking app only to be told that I would have to pay R150 to rechedule a delivery, or wait for the card to be delivered, Pathetic that I am the customer and if I want service, I should have to pay for it! I received a call from a courier late on the 4th of May advising that they would deliver the next morning, I put my morning on hold, no card delivered. It is the 23rd of May, and STILL NO CARD DELIVERED!!! Are you sending my card on the back of a snail? Please see my previous complaint about this very same issue on the 5th of August last year, my complaint is right here on this platform. Again, I remind FNB that customer service is from the time I order the card to the time I RECIEVE it! - your courier is a part of your service delivery. If you don`t want to send me my replacement card, KEEP IT, and keep your account, I don`t need you lack of service headaches. Pity I cannot rate FNB ZERO stars, you certainly don`t deserve higher!

SECOND COMPLAINT
I raised a complaint via my FNB app to Forex, this was raised on the 2nd of May. I received a reference number for my complaint, and nothing further - after receiving a message back that I would be given feedback in due course. FNB, you should have advised on the reply as to which month /year I would receive feedback. Again, pathetic lack of service from FNB (as usual)!

THIRD COMPLAINT
On the 1st of May 2023, I also requested my banker to be changed - this was done via my app, and I provided a reason when I was asked. My old banker resigned (wonder why), my new banker ( my old banking analyst) was inefective then, and is MIA now. Therefore my request. I repeated my request on the 4th of May, I received an email saying I could not be contacted, yet my request clearly stated I could only be contacted by email. Strange that you read this and the ony email I got was to say you couldn`t call me. Need to brush up on comprehension skills maybe? Again, pathethic lack of service (as usual)!

Maybe I should be with another banking institution that can comprehend the term "customer satisfaction" because FNB, you certainly cannot, or wont!
