FNB pathetic Forex service

I have now made contact with FNB numerous times about a Forex payment made to an account of my client which they do not own anymore. After my post on Hello Peter FNB made contact with me. They have done nothing again to assist me. Very poor service almost non existent. No execution just talking. I wish I could give a review less than one star -5 star would be the rating
