FNB Pathetic

Forgive my language but , what IDIOT *****s up even the simplest of things ? I have closed my FNB account , I informed them of this , I filled out the change of debit forms and sent them along with my new banking details ( Twice ) , I even emailed them umpteen times and STILL they ***** it up , resulting in my car payments not going off this month . this has got to be the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of using . Never again .
