FNB pathetic debit order disputes

If I could give zero stars I would. If it is not bad enough that I had to wait a year to resolve debit order disputes, after numerous emails and chatting to a banker the money has still not been allocated to my account. Yet again, FNB never seems to dissapoint when it comes to pathetic customer service and serious delay in responses.
