Fnb pathetic customer service

Still waiting for fnb to sort out 3 issues.. They contact you and promise to sort out everything but just know that as soon as they put the phone down you not going to hear from them.. It's like they doing us favour,they get paid for it.. Those agents on secure chat know absolutely nothing,you can get more help from google or from Facebook. Still waiting for my refunds Still waiting for my cards Still been debited for nothing Still waiting for refunds for that Still waiting to speak to atleast 1 person that knows what they are doing at fnb.. Please change your slogan from "how can we help you" cause it's very obvious that fnb cannot.
