FNB pathetic Customer service

I’ve been speaking to a lot of *********** consultants at FNB and sent emails personal loans and collections dept , with no help what so ever. Staying on the line to speak to a consultant for up to 40 min, still with no help and twice the call was dropped by the consultants without them calling me back. FNB customers service is pathetic and I’m disgusted to even still bank with FNB in a whole. Small problem that could’ve been solved now dragged, if only their were some of FNB consultants that had some kind of empathy towards their customers to try and help. But unfortunately not they just don’t give a ****. Let’s hope for some kind of reply now
