FNB pathetic customer service

My husband app**** for an unlimited sim card from FNB in November 2016 for R399 permonth. We called several times to ask where our simple card is and was told the courier service was here 3 times to deliver and so they returned it to FNB and we have to reapply. No one evebn called us from a courier company. They claim my hubby didn't have his ID on him when they arrived one day to deliver. Untrue. No one ever arrived. Or they had the wrong address! Now they want us to re-apply. Please see phone log attached of the shocking service. We had to hold on so many times as staff put us on hold not to come back to the line. We eventually had to cut the calls. All we want is the Sim card that we already app**** for. Why do we have to reapply when it was done. FNB check your records. We expect our sim card delivered as agreed when we app****.
